Our Startup Agoge is a business training. At our Startup Agoge, you’ll engage other passionate people with ideas, mentors, and investors with startup experience. Learn new skills to identify the problem your target customer wants to solve. Learn how to present your solution to potential customers, investors, and co-founders. Learn how to inspire and develop a team around you and your idea.
The Startup Agoge is an immersive six-module program that is spread over three months. Each phase is conducted on weekends with 60 hours of learning and applying our Lean Startup Methods and Tools.

What you can expect at the program
The Startup Agoge Pre-Incubation entrepreneurial training program is delivered in six parts. This supports both full time and part time entrepreneurs. Once accepted you must attend all sessions and conduct assigned work between the sessions. The sessions are as follows:
- MODULE 1 – Team Building, Market Segmentation, Entry Level Storytelling, Costumer Discovery Interviews I
- MODULE 2 – Customer Discovery Interviews II, Customer Insights, Storytelling and Pitch
- MODULE 3 – Customer Insights, Solution/MVP I, Develop Value proposition, Intermediate Storytelling
- MODULE 4 – Finalize Value Proposition, Go2 Market I, Experimentation I, Solution/MVP II, Intermediate Venture Pitch
- MODULE 5 – Experimentation II, Go2 Market II, Demand Generation, Lead Generation, Channels & Partners, Metrics Which Matter
- MODULE 6 – Pro Forma Financials I, Unit Economics, Advance Venture Pitch
We will provide
- Five canvases and supplies
- Food, snacks, coffee, and Red Bulls throughout all sessions
What is expected from you
- One member of the startup team must attend all of the sessions starting at 8:00 am until 6:00 pm
- The team will conduct at least 25 in-person or video chat customer discovery interviews before the start of Module 4
- The team will submit a copy of an up-to-date interview spreadsheet with findings before the start of Modules 2, 3, and 4
- Present your story or venture pitch during every session
- Participate in our venture pitch competition
