Startup Hack Summer 2024 Cohort – Oro Valley – Starting July 13th

BRING AN IDEA – DISCOVER YOUR TARGET CUSTOMER
Our Startup Hack is a business hackathon. At our Startup Hack you’ll engage other passionate people with ideas along with mentors and investors with startup experience. Learn new skills on how to identify the problem your target customer wants to solve. Learn how to present your solution to potential customers, investors, and co-founders. Learn how to inspire and develop a team around you and your idea.
The StartupHack(TM) is an immersive program spread over a two-day weekend with 20 hours of learning and applying our Lean Startup Methods and Tools.
IDEATION. DISCOVERY. VALIDATION. IMPLEMENTATION. LAUNCH.
The Hackathon will cover the following areas:
1. Team Formation (Understand current team and plan for future team)
2. Market Segmentation (Evaluate market segments, determine target segment, and determine target decision-maker/customer persona)
3. Customer Discovery (Interview customer persona for insights and identify their hair-on-fire-problem)
4. Story Telling (Sharing your idea with others to developing and delivering your venture pitch to investors.)
