Our Startup Hacks are a Startup Pre-Incubator Program is where you’ll engage other passionate people with ideas along with mentors and investors with startup experience. Learn new skills on how to identify the problem your target customer wants to solve. Learn how to present your solution to potential customers, investors, and co-founders. Learn how to inspire and develop a team around you and your idea.

What you can expect while participating in this Pre-Incubator Program:
August 10th – Team Building, Market Segmentation, Entry Level Storytelling, Costumer Discovery Interviews I
August 24th – Customer Discovery Interviews II, Customer Insights, Value Proposition I (pains, gains, jobs), Storytelling and Pitch
September 7th – Customer Insights, Solution/MVP I, Develop Value prop, Experimentation I, Intermediate Storytelling
September 21st – Finalize Value Proposition, Go2 Market I, Experimentation II, Solution/MVP II, Intermediate Venture Pitch
October 5th – Experimentation III, Go2 Market II, Demand Generation, Lead Generation, Channels & Partners, Pro Form Financials I, Metrics Which Matter
October 19th – Pro Forma Financials II, Unit Economics, Advance Venture Pitch
November 1st – Venture Pitch Startup Competition
The participating teams will join us at designated Saturday Collision Space Days to continue refining their work between the dates noted above.
Important: Teams must satisfactorily complete all assigned work in order to participate in the Venture Pitch Competition.
